I was contacted by the company 100% Pure Cosmetics to review a few of their products. With the products, they gave me a couple extras to give away to one lucky reader! Keep reading for reviews, swatches AND a giveaway!
Fruit Pigmented Satin Eye Shadow in "Tahiti"
100% Natural, 100% Vegetarian, Gluten free
Product Description: "One of our Island Inspired creamy eye shadows that will make your eyes sparkle! Smooth and velvety eye shadows leave your eyelids soft, moisturized and nourished with vitamins, antioxidants and other nutrients that are good for your skin. 100% Natural formula is free of chemical preservatives, artificial fragrances, synthetic chemicals and are colored with the pigments from antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables."
Ingredients:Avocado Butter, Rosehip Oil, Rice Starch, Pigments of Peach, Apricot, Carrot, Tomato, Strawberry and Papaya, Green Tea Powder, Red Wine Resveratrol, Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), Vitamin E (a-tocopherol), Extracts of Goji Berry, Acai Berry, Rosemary, Oregano, Thyme, Lavender, Tahitian Noni, Japanese Honeysuckle and Goldenseal, Peptides of Hibiscus, Pea and Black Rice, may contain Mica (shimmery mineral)"Tahiti" is described as a shimmery champagne eyeshadow. The colour is really pretty and definitely has a lot of shimmer to it. I could even see using this as a highlight on the face if used sparingly. I was expecting the eyeshadow to have a creamy texture, but it is very dry. However, the application was easy, as was blendability. As for the packaging, the product wasn't securely in place. I don't know if I just got a faulty product or if all the satin eyeshadows fall out when tipped upside down. It doesn't present a issue with me, but just wanted to let you guys know this was my experience. As for the wear of the eyeshadow, it stays put and lasts all day! I was thinking that longevity may be an issue because the ingredients are 100% natural, but I was badly mistaken.

Fruit Pigmented Lip Glaze in "Rose Petal"
100% Natural, 100% Vegan, Gluten free
Product Description: "Gorgeous colors from fruit pigments in a moisturizing base of avocado and cocoa butters. 100% natural formula will give your lips a sheer wash of fruit pigmented color while nourishing your lips with vitamins and antioxidants."
Ingredients :Organic Avocado Butter1, Organic Cocoa Butter1, Contains all or some of the following Fruit Pigments: Organic Cherry2, Organic Plum2, Cabernet Grape, Organic Raspberry2, Organic Blueberry2, Organic Blackberry2, Organic Peach2, Organic Apricot2, Organic Tomato3, Organic Pomegranate2, Organic Cacao (chocolate)2, Organic Rose Petals1, Organic Lavender Flower1 and Organic Cinnamon3, Organic Shea Butter4, Organic Rosehip Oil5, Organic Mango Butter1, Vitamin E (a-tocopherol), Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), May contain Mica (natural shimmery mineral)"Rose Petal" is described as a warm rosy nude. The colour itself is very flattering on my skintone. The texture is extremely creamy, so much so that when I was taking pictures outside, the product was already starting to melt. When applying the glaze to the lips, be sure to not press too hard because of how creamy the texture is. Like most of the products, it smells like delicious fruit. The smell isn't overbearing either which is nice. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous with silver and white flower and vine detail.

Fruit Pigmented Lip and Cheek Tint in
"Peach Glow"
Product Description: "100% Natural formula was designed to be used as a cream blush and a lip tint. Pure fruit pigments in a base of skin and lip softening and moisturizing shea and cocoa butters. Highly concentrated with anti-aging vitamins and antioxidants."
Ingredients:Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Honey Beeswax, Grapeseed Oil, Vitamin E (a-tocopherol), Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), Pigments of Plum, Cranberry, Pomegranate, Blackberry, Raspberry and Cabernet Grape, Strawberry Extract, Pigments of Strawberry, Cherry, Cocoa Bean, Peach, Apricot, Blueberry, Carrot and TomatoI was most excited to try the Lip and Cheek tint, as it has been reviewed in many popular magazines such as Seventeen, Fashion, Marie Claire and Instyle. I received the shade "Peach Glow" and it's a beautiful, warm peach, perfect for my complexion. As far as a lip tint, it adheres to chapped lips and gives a bit of a whitish peach cast, so make sure you exfoliate prior to use. I prefer to use this on my cheeks than my lips as I find it gives a better colour and my lips are too pigmented for the colour to do me any justice. The product is very creamy and a little bit tacky when applied to the skin. If feels very moisturizing on the skin. This product reminds me a lot of TARTE Cheek Stains, but not as large. It smells delicious and adds a beautiful, peach sheen. I'll probably use this under some of my favourite blushes, or on its own for a very subtle peach glow. The colour would probably work best on fair to medium skin tones. At the end of the day, my skin still felt a tad bit tacky where the product was applied. I will continue to play around with this product and would love to check out different colours.

Fruit Pigmented Mascara in "Blackberry"
100% Natural, 100% Vegetarian
Product Description: "100% natural mascara lengthens, separates, thickens and glosses lashes with fruit pigments and Black tea pigments. Lash conditioning ProVitamin B5, Vitamin E, Oat and Wheat protein conditions for healthier lashes. Gentle, all natural, good for you formula is suitable for everyone, even if you wear contacts or have sensitive eyes. Water and smudge resistant."
Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Vitamin E (a-tocopherol), Honey Beeswax, Contains All or some of the following Pigments: Blackberry, Blueberry, Black Tea, Grape Skin, Pomegranate, Acai Berry, Boysenberry, Blackcurrant and Raspberry, Oat Protein, Wheat Protein, Provitamin B5, Seaweed Powder, Coconut Stearic acid, Mica (for shimmer in the Blackberry and Blueberry), Cocoa Butter, Pearl Powder, Rice Powder, Cacao Powder and Powdered Coffee Beans, Lavender Honey, Extracts of Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Lavender and Golden SealI wasn't sure what to expect when I was sent a 100% natural mascara. I was worried that the colour wouldn't be dark enough, or that the formula wouldn't be up to my standards, but I was VERY wrong to worry. I really like this mascara, and normally I don't say that about mascaras I first try out because I hate everything new LOL. I colour is a deep wine/berry if you look really close. You can better tell the colour when you smudge a little bit out on your hand. The subtle, deep purple accentuates the green in my eyes, making them pop! With one coat of mascara, my lashes were lenghtened with a little volume and with two coats, my lashes were even fuller with minimal clumps. I didn't have trouble with smearing or flaking as the day wore on. As for the packaging, it is VERY long and has the same silver and vine theme that the Lip glaze has. The packaging of both these products is very appealing to me. Finally, this product still has that "mascara scent" masked by a fruit odor. The price is a bit high, but for a all natural, vegetarian friendly product, I don't mind paying a little extra money to get good results.

Overall: I love knowing that I'm using natural ingredients on my skin. I really should start to look into what I'm putting on my face more often and will plan on checking out 100% Pure Cosmetics in the future to see what other products they have to offer. Overall, I really enjoy the products that were sent to me and my favourite was the product I was most skeptical about, the mascara!
